The Registrar Office

The Registrar serves as the administrative leader of the Institute, overseeing the management of all student records, both historical and current, and ensuring their accuracy and integrity. This role extends to enforcing and implementing academic and administrative policies. As the senior department head of the Office of the Registrar, the Registrar bears the responsibility of developing and maintaining an organizational framework that aligns with the university’s ethos and advances its mission. This involves advocating for sufficient budgetary support, proficiently managing allocated resources, establishing efficient administrative support systems, and offering strategic direction and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of constructive change management. Additionally, the Registrar ensures equitable performance evaluations, promotes ongoing professional development, and encourages staff engagement in personal and career growth initiatives.
